 本系列电动机的防爆性能，符合GB3836.2-83《爆炸性环境用防爆型电器设备“d”》的规定并吸收国际上同类产品的优点自行设计制造，具有阻止内部爆炸向外传透的特点，同时具有体积小.效率高.温升裕度大.噪音低，启动及运行性能好等优点。
本系列电机制成隔爆型，防爆标志为D I DⅡ AT4.dⅡ BT4分别适用于煤矿井下及工厂.ⅡA级.ⅡB级，温升组别为T1~T4组的可燃性气体或蒸汽与空气形成爆炸性混合物的场所。
本系列电动机用语T35系列隔爆轴流风机配套。
